Force TK in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Branch Manager to lead daily operations, develop staff, and drive revenue growth while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will oversee personnel, budgeting, customer relationships, and ERP-driven processes, with travel as needed. The role offers a monthly bonus plan and opportunities to optimize performance across multiple product lines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of management or leadership experience.
• Experience overseeing operations, customer service, and safety.
• Proficiency with ERP and MS Office; ability to analyze financial and operational data.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop branch employees to achieve productivity and profitability.
• Oversee daily branch operations, payroll, attendance, and compliance.
• Drive aftermarket quoting to support retention and revenue growth.
• Build relationships with customers, manufacturers, dealers, and internal teams.
• Manage branch financial performance, including revenue, expenses, ERP usage, and AR collaboration.
• Ensure training and certifications are up to date; enforce safety standards.
• Oversee branch parts inventory and resources for efficient service delivery.
