• Bachelor’s degree or sufficient experience.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in rigging, lifting, fabrication, maintenance or transportation execution preferred.

• Lead with alignment to Barnhart’s Mission Statement and Core Values.
• Motivate the Branch Team to achieve financial, safety, and customer metrics.
• Run the branch like a business owner, building Sales, Operations, PM, Dispatch, Maintenance.
