Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• At least 2 years in management or completion of a Management Trainee program.
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle with liability insurance.
• Must pass drug screen, criminal and credit background checks.

Responsibilities

• Manages and inspires team members to drive branch profitability.
• Leads branch operations, staff training, and policy adherence.
• Develops and maintains customer relationships with a focus on service.
• Oversees loan processing, approvals, and collections activities as needed.
• Generates branch performance insights and month-end reporting.

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent

2 years of management experience or completion of required Management Trainee program
