Job summary

Senior Helpers in Albuquerque seeks a driven Branch Manager to lead operations and growth of our local home care business.

You will build a high-performing team, oversee scheduling, client service, recruiting, sales, and referrals, and drive sustainable revenue and billable hours.

This hands-on leader partners with ownership, maintains compliance, and expands community partnerships with hospitals, facilities, and VA networks to ensure outstanding care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years in operations, management, home care, or healthcare.
• Leadership experience with responsibility for team performance.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
• Excellent follow-up and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable communicating with clients, families, and referral partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day branch operations and lead office staff and caregivers.
• Maintain accountability across scheduling, recruiting, onboarding, client care, sales and admin.
• Identify operational problems quickly and resolve them promptly.
• Develop processes that improve efficiency, communication, client satisfaction, caregiver retention and profitability.
• Coach, train and hold the team accountable to expectations.
• Collaborate with ownership on priorities, staffing, growth initiatives, and improvements.
• Grow branch revenue and weekly billable service hours.
• Develop and maintain relationships with referral partners and centers of influence.
• Conduct face-to-face visits, networking, and community outreach to build referrals.
• Track referral activity, leads, assessments, conversions, and client starts.
• Ensure a solid start of care and proactive service follow-up with clients.
• Maintain compliance with applicable laws and company procedures.
