Responsibilities

• Lead the branch team with effective communication, motivation, and clear performance expectations.
• Develop and implement strategies to meet growth and profitability goals.
• Manage branch operations, including financial performance, personnel, inventory, and vendor relationships.
• Coach and develop employees to ensure high performance and engagement.
• Review financial indicators to measure branch success and identify improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety, DOT, Hazmat, and employment regulations.
• Oversee fleet resources to meet daily service and delivery requirements.
• Oversee warehouse slotting, storage layout, and inventory control.
• Maintain clean, safe facilities reflecting company standards.
• Collaborate with other Branch Managers and Regional Operations Manager to drive consistency and best practices.
