Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Three to four years of experience in sales, retail management, or banking environment
• NMLS registration required under SAFÉ Act and Regulation Z, with background and credit checks

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage branches to meet goals and ensure compliance with banking laws and regulations
• Coach, develop, mentor and train team members, exercising independent judgment in duties
• Identify financial resources for customers and guide them to appropriate products and services
• Promote U.S. Bank products and services and expand the local market/community presence
