Job summary

U.S. Bank seeks an experienced Branch Manager to lead a team, drive sales, and ensure compliance with banking laws. You will coach staff, mentor teammates, and partner with wealth, business banking, mortgage, and payments to help customers reach their financial goals.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3–4 years in sales or retail banking, and NMLS registration. It is full-time, on-site with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Three to four years of experience working in a sales, retail management, or banking environment.
• NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act and Regulation Z.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage branch(es) to meet goals and ensure compliance with banking laws and regulations.
• Coach, develop, mentor and train team members; exercise discretion with independent judgement in duties; provide direction and recommendations to customers and cross-sell with partners.
