Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4–5 years of experience in sales, retail management, or banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage branches to meet goals and ensure compliance with banking laws and regulations.
• Coach, mentor, and train team members and exercise independent judgment.
• Identify financial resources for customers and direct them to appropriate products/services in collaboration with partners.
• Act as leader for customer experience, motivate and guide the team, expand the customer base and promote products and services.
