Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Branch Leader to oversee daily operations, coach a team, and ensure an outstanding customer experience while complying with banking laws and internal policies.

You’ll mentor staff, drive sales through collaboration with partners in wealth, business banking, mortgage, and payments services, and work to grow the branch’s customer base and local community presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Three to four years of experience in a sales, retail management, or banking environment.
• NMLS registration required per SAFÉ Act and Regulation Z.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage branch(es) to meet goals and ensure compliance with banking laws and regulations.
• Coach, develop, mentor and train team members; exercise independent judgement.
• Identify financial resources for customers and provide direction and recommendations to products/services.
• Promote U.S. Bank products and services through collaboration with partners (wealth, business banking, mortgage, payments).
• Act as leader for customer experience, motivate the team, and grow the local market presence.
