You will collaborate with partners across wealth, business banking, mortgage, and payment services to identify customer needs and promote our products in the local market and community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Three to four years of experience working in a sales, retail management, or banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage branch(es) to meet goals and ensure compliance with banking laws and regulations.
• Coach, develop, mentor and train team members and exercise independent judgement.
• Identify financial resources for customers and fulfill needs by directing and recommending products/services.
• Collaborate with partners including wealth, business banking, mortgage, or payment services to help customers reach financial goals.
• Promote U.S. Bank products and services in the local market and community.
