Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in business-related field.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Notary public eligibility and NMLS eligibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor branch staff; develop performance goals and conduct reviews.
• Identify account and loan needs; assist with openings, questions, and problem resolution.
• Resolve member feedback and coordinate cross-departmental responses to strategic goals.
• Ensure branch operations balance daily; maintain cash handling integrity and balance controls.
• Act as primary security officer; oversee facility needs and safety procedures.
• Engage with the community and coordinate volunteer opportunities.
