Job summary

Interra-Credit-Union is seeking a Branch Manager in Indiana to lead a dedicated team, deliver exceptional member service, and drive branch performance. You will coach staff, manage daily operations, and ensure adherence to credit union policies while achieving sales and service goals.

The role requires strong leadership, lending experience, and a track record of community involvement. A valid driver's license and Notary/NMLS eligibility are expected; a notary is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years customer service experience in banking, retail, or related field plus 2+ years leading and managing teams.
• Lending experience required.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to become a notary public and obtain a NMLS#.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop direct reports to maximize branch productivity and efficiency.
• Establish relationships with current and potential members to identify account and loan needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve feedback and complaints, ensuring prompt, helpful responses.
• Ensure all branch operations are balanced and prepare month-end management reports.
• Act as primary security officer for the branch and manage facility needs.
• Engage in community events and act as a visible contributor within the community.
