Job summary

Interra Credit Union is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a team and serve the local community as trusted financial resource. You will drive member experience, sales objectives, and branch performance while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

This role requires coaching staff, managing operations, and building strong member relationships across consumer and small business needs in the Indiana region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years customer service experience in banking, retail, or related field plus 2+ years leading and managing teams. Lending experience required.
• Associate degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or related discipline. Notary public and NMLS license eligibility required.
• Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor branch staff to maximize productivity, ensure compliance with regulations and branch policies.
• Develop annual performance goals and conduct performance reviews for direct reports.
• Manage customer relationships, assist with account/loan needs, and resolve issues within authority.
• Ensure branch operations balance at close, maintain cash handling integrity, and prepare month-end reports.
