Job summary

Interra Credit Union in Bremen, GA is seeking a Branch Manager to lead our team and serve as a trusted financial resource for members. You will champion member experience standards, drive branch performance, and ensure compliance with policies while modeling Interra’s values.

You will coach staff, manage daily operations, develop relationships with members and the community, and execute on sales and service goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer service experience in banking, retail, or related field plus 2+ years leading and managing teams.
• Associate degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or related discipline; valid driver’s license; ability to become a notary public and obtain an NMLS#.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and notary public eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop branch staff to maximize productivity, coaching for continuous improvement and compliance.
• Build relationships with current and potential members to identify account and loan needs and provide solutions.
• Resolve member inquiries and problems within authority, referring complex issues when needed.
• Ensure branch operations are balanced daily and reports are prepared for senior management.
• Coordinate security, facility needs, and community involvement for branch presence.
