Interra Credit Union is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a team, drive member experience, and achieve branch goals. You will coach staff, manage operations, and engage with the community to uphold Interra’s values and service standards.

The role requires lending experience, 5+ years in customer service, and 2+ years of leadership. A relevant associate degree and notary/NMLS eligibility are preferred.

Formación

• 5+ years customer service experience in banking, retail, or related field.
• 2+ years leading and managing teams.
• Lending experience required.
• Associate degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and be able to become a notary public and obtain an NMLS number.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and develop direct reports; coach staff to improve processes, compliance, and efficiency.
• Establish relationships with current and potential members to identify account and loan needs; assist with openings and questions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve feedback; advocate for members and coordinate with other departments.
• Ensure branch operations are balanced daily and prepare month-end management reports.
• Act as primary security officer for the branch; supervise security meetings and facility needs.
• Proactively engage in community events and volunteer opportunities.
