Qualifications

• 2 years of leadership, associate development or management experience.
• 2 years of banking/financial services experience or equivalent background.
• NMLS registration or obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Coach associates on performance, proactive sales conversations, operations, and customer interactions.
• Assist or guide handling complex account maintenance and customer escalations.
• Collaborate with internal partners (e.g., small business officers, mortgage officers, private wealth manager).
• Participate in continued education and training to meet sales performance and operational goals.
