Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Three to four years of experience working in a sales, retail management, or banking environment.
• Advanced product/service knowledge and thorough knowledge of regulatory, policy and compliance issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage branch(es) to ensure goals are met and regulatory compliance.
• Coach, develop, mentor and train team members across the branch network.
• Identify financial resources for customers and fulfill needs by directing them to suitable products/services.
• Promote U.S. Bank products and services within the local market/community and expand the customer base.
