Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Four to five years of experience in sales, retail management, or banking.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage branch(es) to meet goals and ensure compliance with banking laws and regulations.
• Coach, develop, mentor, and train team members using effective communication and critical thinking.
• Identify financial resources for customers and guide them to appropriate products and services.
• Promote U.S. Bank products and services within the local market/community.
