Job summary

The role emphasizes community engagement and driving branch performance from Day One. This position requires NMLS registration, five-day-a-week on-site work, and a strong track record in retail banking leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Three to four years of experience in sales, retail management, or banking.
• NMLS registration under SAFE Act requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage branch(es) to ensure goals are met and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Regularly coach, develop, mentor and train team members.
• Identify financial resources for customers and guide them to appropriate products and services.
• Act as leader for customer experience and promote products and services in the local market.
