The role requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 3–4 years in sales, retail management, or banking, with on-site work five days a week in a local market.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in sales/retail management or banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage branch(es) to meet goals and ensure compliance with banking laws and regulations.
• Coach, develop, mentor and train team members with independent judgement in duties.
