Responsibilities

• Lead and manage branch(es) to meet goals and ensure compliance with banking laws and regulations.
• Coach, develop, mentor and train team members; provide real-time feedback and direction.
• Identify financial resources for customers and connect them with appropriate products and services; promote cross-branch collaboration.
