Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Four to five years of experience in a sales, retail management, or banking environment.
• NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act and Regulation Z is required and will involve background and credit checks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage branch(es) to meet goals while ensuring compliance with banking laws and regulations.
• Coach, develop, mentor, and train team members using effective communication and independent judgement.
• Identify financial resources for customers and provide direction to suitable products and services in collaboration with partners.
• Promote U.S. Bank products and services and expand the local market/community presence.
