Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales, operations, electrical distribution, or B2B industry.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Forklift/warehouse equipment certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean MVR as required.

Responsibilities

• Drive branch profitability and safety; manage P&L targets.
• Provide leadership, training, and coaching to branch staff.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure order fulfillment.
• Build relationships with customers and vendors to support growth.
• Collaborate with partners to align branch strategy with company goals.
• May perform deliveries and basic warehouse tasks as needed.
