5+ years of sales, operations, electrical distribution, or similar B2B industry experience.
2+ years of leadership experience.
Valid driver’s license required.
Forklift/warehouse equipment certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Drive profitability using company digital tools and lead digital adoption.
Provide leadership, motivation, and training to branch personnel.
Manage branch P&L to meet revenue and expense targets.
Implement safety standards and conduct facility inspections.
Oversee inventory control and ensure appropriate stock levels.
Collaborate with sales and marketing to support growth goals.
