Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a financial institution preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Maintains a growth mindset and embodies core values.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch team and promote staff development, retention and engagement.
• Ensure branch culture remains aligned with UMCU’s values and mission.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling and workload planning for the branch.
• Manage cash handling, balancing, and daily reconciliation of branch accounts.
• Maintain branch security, policies, and procedures adherence.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance member service and teamwork.
