Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of financial institution experience preferred.
• Experience in consumer lending and deposit operations.
• Strong interest in giving back to the community.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach, train, and develop branch team members.
• Create a positive, service-focused culture that supports engagement and accountability.
• Motivate team members to achieve branch goals and member service standards.
• Develop strategies to grow membership, deposits and loans.
• Identify opportunities to expand market presence within the community.
• Increase partnerships that raise awareness of the credit union’s services.
• Oversee all branch operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and security.
• Manage cash controls, ATM balancing, vault operations, and dual-control procedures.
• Ensure proper staffing levels, scheduling and monitor branch expenses and operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with NCUA regulations, BSA/AML requirements, OFAC regulations, and internal policies.
• Maintain audit readiness and address findings promptly.
