Qualifications

• Requires supervisory level experience in a financial institution.
• Notary Public certification required for signature verification and documents.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interpret safety and operating documents and procedures.
• Proficiency with PC, accounting systems, and basic ledger knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling, staffing, and prioritization per policy and branch needs.
• Interact with members and external parties to promote services.
• Plan efficient use of materials, machines, and staff.
• Monitor costs, quality, and service delivery to maintain profitability.
• Review competitor rates and services; propose programs to retain and grow membership.
• May act as Loan Officer and support other departments as needed.
• Prepare branch reports for Head Office or regulators.
