Michigan Schools & Government Credit Union (MSGCU) is seeking a Branch Leader to oversee sales and service delivery at a Michigan branch. The role focuses on delivering a superior member experience, meeting financial objectives, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

You will coach a team of MSR/BSS, guide daily operations, participate in business development, and collaborate with leadership to execute the branch plan.

Qualificações

• Associate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance preferred.
• 3 years of related retail banking experience required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage assigned branch for sales and service to meet financial objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Provide high quality service and build strong member relationships through a consistent member experience.
• Support business development activities, maintain key member groups, and develop new relationships.
• Coach and motivate branch team; conduct regular sales meetings and observations; use leadership strategies to drive performance.
• Collaborate with Branch Manager on branch vision, develop tactics, and implement annual branch sales plan.
• Communicate effectively to align with MSGCU’s mission and values; foster an engaging, cooperative work climate.
