Citizens is hiring a Branch Manager in New York to lead a team in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and maintaining strong branch operations. You will coach colleagues, develop talent, and build partnerships with local organizations to strengthen our presence.

You will steer branch performance in a digital‑first environment, balancing financial acumen with strategic insights to meet and exceed targets, while ensuring compliance with SAFE Act requirements and NMLS

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 4 years sales management experience in Retail or Branch Banking.
• Proven ability to coach and develop to drive sales excellence, ensure the delivery of world‑class customer service, and operational integrity in a high‑volume branch environment.
• Maintain strong partnerships with community & civic organizations.
• Successful candidate must meet SAFE Act requirements, including background checks and NMLS identifier.
