Job summary

Qualifications

• Registered or willing to register as mortgage loan originator with Nationwide Mortgage Licensing.
• Obtain or willing to obtain unique identifier from Registry.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales plans and drive production goals, including referral networks and internal/external partners.
• Coach staff and implement development plans to reach branch goals.
• Develop and execute integrated sales and relationship strategies aligned with Retail Bank priorities.
• Support portfolio growth by deepening client relationships and optimizing service.
