Job summary

The role reports to a Retail Regional Manager and focuses on achieving annual sales and profitability goals, building partnerships across the bank, and providing proactive client solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four years of relevant experience required.
• Minimum three years sales experience.
• Minimum two years managerial experience or proven leadership abilities.
• Licensing in Life/Accident and Health Insurance within 18 months of entry into position.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch team to achieve annual sales and profitability goals.
• Service existing customers while growing the business through proactive sales and outside calling.
• Maintain federal registration requirements (SAFE Act) and stay current on operations and product changes.
• Own customer issues end-to-end and ensure timely, accurate resolution.
• Collaborate with bank partners to meet client needs and strengthen community relationships.
