Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive branch sales and service through customer assessments and profiling for sales opportunities.
• Conduct outreach, appointments, and follow-ups; refer complex needs to partners.
• Onboard new customers and educate on value-added products/services.
• Maintain compliance with audit, KYC, CIP requirements and risk controls.
