This role requires NMLS registration under the SAFE Act and Regulation Z, with a background and credit check as part of the process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4–5 years of experience in sales, retail management, or banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage branch(es) to meet goals and ensure compliance with banking laws and regulations.
• Coach, develop, mentor and train team members using effective communication and judgement.
• Identify financial resources for customers and fulfill needs by directing them to appropriate products and services.
• Promote U.S. Bank products and services and expand the customer base in the local market/community.
