Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Four to five years of experience in a sales, retail management, or banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage branch(es) to meet goals and ensure compliance with banking laws and regulations.
• Coach, develop, mentor and train team members with independent judgment.
• Identify financial resources for customers and promote appropriate products and services.
