Job summary

TruNorth Bank is seeking a Branch Manager in Beverly, MA to lead daily banking operations, drive customer satisfaction, and achieve branch goals. You will supervise staff, hire and coach team members, and maintain compliance with banking regulations while fostering growth through community outreach.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of supervisory experience, a bachelor's degree, and strong leadership and relationship-building skills. Occasional weekend work and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or similar course work/training.
• 5-7 years customer service experience/sales experience.
• 5-7 years supervisory experience with demonstrated success.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and responsiveness to customers.
• Meet/exceed branch and bank goals as directed by leadership.
• Develop and manage a detailed performance plan for the branch and staff.
• Participate with senior leadership in establishing goals for team and individuals.
• Lead hiring processes with Assistant Branch Manager and Head Teller.
• Recognize and reward performance using established programs.
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, and regulatory requirements.
• Coach staff and participate in community networking to develop relationships.
• Interview and process loan applications; support mortgage referrals as needed.
• Ensure compliance with laws, policies, and security procedures.
