Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• At least 2 years customer service experience.
• 1-2 years banking experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft products a plus.
• Fluency in a second language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides highest levels of customer service and responsiveness to customers.
• Opens all types of accounts and assists customers with relationships.
• Performs deposits, withdrawals, payments, cash handling, checks and card advances.
• Promotes Bank products and services within the branch and at events.
• Responds to inquiries and resolves issues in a timely, diplomatic manner (usually within 24 hours).
• Maintains customer relationships and initiates new ones by outbound calls.
