Job summary

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent training.
• 5–7 years customer service or sales experience.
• 5–7 years supervisory experience with coaching and motivation.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch team to meet or exceed goals.

• Develop and manage performance plans for staff.
