Job summary

U.S. Bank seeks a branch leadership professional to guide teams in delivering excellent customer experience while ensuring compliance with banking regulations. You will coach staff, develop talent, and drive performance across branches, promoting a broad range of banking products and services in the local community.

The role requires strong leadership, coaching, and relationship-management skills, with a focus on achieving sales objectives and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Three to four years of experience in sales, retail management, or banking.
• NMLS registration required under SAFÉ Act and Regulation Z.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage branch(es) to meet goals and ensure compliance with banking laws and regulations.
• Coach, develop, mentor and train team members; exercise independent judgment in duties.
• Identify financial resources for customers and fulfill needs by directing them to appropriate products and services.
• Collaborate with partners including wealth, business banking, mortgage, or payment services to help customers reach financial goals.
• Act as leader for customer experience, motivate the team, expand the customer base, and promote products and services in the local market.
