Qualifications

• Three to four years of experience in sales, retail management, or banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage branch(es) to meet goals and ensure compliance with banking laws/regulations.
• Coach, develop, mentor and train team members; exercise independent judgement.
• Provide direction and recommendations to customers for financial products/services.
• Promote U.S. Bank products and services in the local market/community.
• Act as leader for customer experience and motivate the team.
