Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Branch Manager to lead branch teams, ensure exceptional customer experience, and comply with banking laws and regulations.

You will coach, develop, mentor and train staff and exercise independent judgement in daily duties, directing customers to appropriate products and services to meet financial goals. You will collaborate with partners in wealth, business banking, mortgage, and payments to expand the local market and promote U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
• Three to four years of experience in a sales, retail management, or banking environment

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage branch(es) to meet goals and ensure compliance with banking laws and regulations.
• Coach, develop, mentor and train team members; exercise independent judgement in daily duties.
• Provide direction and recommendations to customers and connect them with appropriate products and services to meet financial goals.
• Collaborate with partners (wealth, business banking, mortgage, or payment services) to promote offerings and expand the local market.
