Job summary

FFCU seeks a Branch Supervisor to lead daily operations, mentor staff, and ensure excellent member service. You will oversee branch functions, monitor performance, and implement process improvements to meet organizational goals while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop staff to deliver quality member service and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Perform teller and other branch duties as needed, including audits and cash handling.
• Conduct performance coaching, bi-weekly meetings, and provide feedback for improvement.
• Ensure opening/closing duties are completed accurately and maintain security procedures.
