FFCU is seeking a Branch Supervisor to lead daily operations in our Silver City branch. You will mentor staff, ensure compliant service, manage teller duties, and drive branch performance toward member service and loan goals.

In this role you will train employees, monitor performance, conduct interviews, and coordinate daily operations with a focus on accuracy, security, and a positive member experience in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Supervises branch staff to ensure quality member service.
• Ensures operations comply with CU policies and regulations.
• Mentors and trains staff in applicable positions.
• Responds to member requests promptly and accurately.

Responsabilidades

• Interview members for loans and open/close accounts.
• Run teller operations and balance within established guidelines.
• Schedule employees for branch coverage and conduct monthly audits.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide coaching for development.
• Ensure opening/closing duties and security measures are followed.
