Community Financial System, Inc. (CFSI) is seeking a Branch Supervisor to oversee a small branch’s staff and operations, ensuring an optimal customer experience and adherence to policies. The role involves lending oversight, reporting, and coordinating with a Branch or District Manager.

You will drive branch growth, manage service quality, and supervise daily activities while ensuring compliance, staff development, and effective communication within the team.

Qualificações

• A.A.S. Degree or equivalent; banking education/training
• Excellent interpersonal skills including listening, persuading and motivating
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Accurate math skills and attention to detail
• Ability to uphold the Company’s core values: Integrity, Humility, Teamwork and Excellence
• Internal product knowledge and teller training provided after hire

Responsabilidades

• Directly supervise branch staff and operations; oversee service operations including overrides, audits and deposits
• Assist management in setting growth, sales, and profit objectives and measure performance
• Solicit new business from current and prospective customers; maintain relationships for cross-selling
• Monitor sales and customer service performance; provide feedback to manager
• Maintain knowledge of consumer products to meet customer needs
• Schedule and supervise staff; conduct regular staff meetings and ensure customer service standards
• Handle deposits, loan approvals with oversight, and branch security
• Travel to other branches as needed to support staffing and operations
• Ensure compliance with laws and internal controls; complete required training
