Job summary

Community Financial System, Inc. (CFSI) is seeking a Branch Supervisor to oversee the staff and daily operations of a small branch, ensuring compliance with policies and providing an optimal customer experience.

You will work with management to drive growth, manage lending and deposit activities, and build relationships with current and prospective customers for cross-selling opportunities. A value-driven, team-oriented approach is required.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises branch staff and operations, including oversight of service operations, cash management and reporting.
• Work with management to set growth, sales and profit objectives for the office.
• Solicit new business from current and prospective customers and manage relationships for cross-selling.
• Monitor sales and customer service performance against goals and discuss performance with manager.
