Community Financial System, Inc. (CFSI) seeks a Branch Supervisor to manage a small branch’s staff and operations, ensuring compliant service and effective customer experiences.

The role involves supervising daily activities, overseeing deposits, and supporting lending decisions under supervision. The position emphasizes leadership, staff mentoring, and achieving branch growth targets, with a focus on integrity and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• A.A.S. degree or equivalent banking education and training.
• Valid driver license and reliable transportation.
• Minimum four (4) years’ experience in related positions.
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
• NMLS registration is required under banking regulations.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the branch office and oversee service operations, including approvals and audits.
• Help establish growth, sales, and profit objectives for the office.
• Solicit new business from current and prospective customers and manage relationships.
• Monitor individual sales and customer service performance against goals.
• Maintain knowledge of consumer products and services to meet customer needs.
• Lead staff meetings and provide regular feedback for performance improvement.
• Open and maintain deposit accounts and may assist with loans under supervision.
