Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
• 2+ years in customer service and operations.
• 2+ years in service and parts department preferred.
• Advanced computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Full oversight of inventory productivity at the branch(es) for timely service support while mitigating risk of inventory loss.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels through ordering parts and coordinating with Centralized Parts Ordering.
• Receive and store parts; update PartsNet; conduct frequent inventory cycle counts; ensure parts availability.
• Manage new & used battery inventory and tire stock in correct quantity and specs.
• Ensure warranty items are shipped timely and coordinate returns with warranty department.
• Partner with Customer Service Coordinator to schedule repairs as parts are available.
• Vendor support and accountability; ensure payments processed correctly.
• Support branch financial manager to contribute to profitability.
• Projects and tasks assigned by Branch and District Financial Managers.
