Job summary

This role supports Parts and Service operations across branches, coordinating with central ordering and warranty teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong Excel/Office skills, 2+ years in service/parts operations, and a willingness to travel where required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred
• 2+ years in customer service and operations
• 2+ years in service and parts department preferred
• Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Willingness to travel and pass background/drug screening
• Regular, predictable attendance required

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch inventory productivity to support timely service and minimize losses
• Maintain optimal inventory levels with parts ordering and daily coordination with Centralized Parts Ordering
• Receive, store and track parts; perform frequent cycle counts and update PartsNet
• Support warranty items shipment and follow-up with warranty department
• Partner with Customer Service Coordinator to schedule repairs as parts become available
• Ensure payments and vendor accountability are managed effectively
