Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory productivity for the branch(es) and manage timely service support.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels by ordering parts through sourcing procedures.
• Receive and store parts; update PartsNet and perform regular cycle counts.
• Manage battery and tire inventory; ensure availability and specifications.
• Coordinate with warranty for shipment, returns, and warranty-grams.
• Work with Customer Service Coordinator to schedule repairs as parts are available.
• Vendor support and ensure correct payments processing.
