Capital One is seeking a Branch Ambassador for Eastern Maryland (North Cluster) to be the face of our community bank. You will blend hospitality with digital tools to help customers reach their financial goals and navigate our latest apps and services.

You’ll handle high-volume cash transactions with precision, educate clients on mobile banking, and identify customer needs to pair them with the right solutions. Adaptability and service mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Support branch operations within a 50 mile radius and occasional other locations.
• Work a flexible schedule including weekends.
• Attend required training sessions.
• Handle high-volume cash transactions with accuracy and security compliance.
• Educate customers on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and digital tools.
• Provide warm, hospitality-driven customer service and identify customer needs and goals.
