Capital One in Silver Spring, MD is seeking a Branch Ambassador to be the face of hospitality and digital innovation within our community hub. You will handle high-volume transactions, educate clients on mobile banking, and connect customers with the right tools to meet their financial goals.

Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification.
At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.
At least 6 months of cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

The Guardian of Trust & Accuracy: execute high-volume cash transactions with 100% accuracy and maintain compliance with security, audit, BSA/AML, and federal standards.
The Digital Concierge: educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments to improve convenience and security.
The First-Line Consultant: identify client needs by listening and pair them with appropriate digital tools or banking solutions.
The Hospitality Lead: greet customers across the space, balancing high-volume efficiency with a warm, community-focused touch.
